Anne Wareham

Anne Wareham (she/her) is a registered psychologist with over 30 years of clinical experience in providing psychological services. She completed her graduate training in clinical psychology at Cambridge University, UK, and the East Anglia Regional Health Authority, UK. Additional training was completed at the University College London (UCL) and the Gestalt Awareness Training Experience (GATE). Anne will work in partnership with you to help you to meet your goals.
Anne draws on several therapeutic modalities to work with you. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). Anne is a Certified ISTDP therapist, having completed a 3- year training program in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (2021-2024). ISTDP is an evidence-informed and emotion focused form of psychotherapy that helps you to identify and release unresolved emotions that may be causing symptoms like anxiety, depression, or relationship problems. With your treatment goals guiding therapy, Anne will work collaboratively with you.
Dr. Olga Heath
Dr. Olga Heath is a Registered Psychologist in Newfoundland and Labrador with over 25 years of experience in the field of psychology. She has provided and supervised psychological services for many years both in St. John’s and in Montreal as a frontline clinician. Dr. Heath has worked in a variety of practice areas including general mental health, crisis management, psychiatric rehabilitation, eating disorders and geriatric mental health. Dr. Heath was also a Psychology Department Head and the Psychology Professional Practice Leader in the health care system in St. John’s before moving to Memorial University to supervise and teach in the University Counselling Centre and clinical psychology graduate program (PsyD Program). In addition, Dr. Heath had a joint appointment with the Faculty of Medicine in which she designed courses, taught and engaged in research related to interprofessional education, professionalism and learner mistreatment.
Using a strengths-based approach informed by robust training in cognitive behavioural techniques and post-degree experience in a psychodynamic institute, Dr. Heath will work closely with you as a partner
to address your mental health concerns.
